By using this software, you acknowledge and agree that you are using it at your own risk and that the software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall the developers or distributors of this software be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with the use, performance, or malfunction of this software.

1.1. What data do I collect?

The tweener collects and stores a unique, anonymous device ID made from an secure, non-reversible hash of the Mac address of your primary network interface and a processor characteristic on the server whenever the app is used. This device ID is not linked to any personal information and is only used to help me improve the app and provide a better user experience. I do not share or sell this device ID with any third parties. By using the tweener, you agree to the collection and storage of this anonymous device ID on the server. You can request that your device ID be deleted from the server at any time by contacting me at mathias@mathiasfuchs.com. I am committed to protecting your privacy and take reasonable measures to safeguard the information I collect. I can only guarantee the security of any information transmitted over the internet insofar as I am always using https for transmitting those data. I am not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of the information I collect. I am not reconstructing either of them from the device head and I'm unable to do so. Moreover, I store the following - and not more than the following:
